Warframe Item Upgrader
Interacting with NPCs who upgrade items allows a player to upgrade equippable equipment. Each upgrade boosts one stat, while some upgrades grant additional stats.
These stats get better as you progress, and reach the highest level at 6. In certain cases, an upgraded item may gain an additional bonus, which increases its overall value when compared to the perfectly rolled non-upgraded version.
Recycled items
A lot of the things that we use every day are recycled, such as glass, paper aluminum, plastics and paper. Extra stats

You can access the upgrader for items by opening the inventory screen and then selecting the character you want to edit. From there, you can select the items and enchantments you wish to upgrade and then click the "Upgrade" option. The list of upgrades will be displayed together with the cost. Each upgrade is able to be attempted at a certain number of times before failing.
Certain upgrades have requirements, like the need for a particular element to be present to apply them. Certain upgrades, like the ability to add more slots for potion to your equipment, can still be applied even if there are no items with the necessary properties.
Certain upgrades may require a special ingredient to be applied, such as the requirement of a diamond to upgrade the helmet. The item upgrader will warn the player if it cannot meet the requirements. However the player has the option to accept the upgrade. This is an excellent way to ensure that the upgrades you choose to apply will benefit your character.
Rerolling
Rerolling in the item upgrader allows players to alter the stats of equipment previously acquired. This option is available for the majority of upgrade items, such as weapons and armor. It is important to remember that the new stats will not keep the original bonus. The item rerolled will lose its level and any funds invested in upgrading it will be wasted.
The upgrade items of a player are displayed in a box shaped window. The window displays all upgrades the character has received, sorted by rarity. The user can click an upgrade to view a detailed description of its benefits and stats. The window also displays the status of all upgrade items including the ones which aren't able to be used by an item.
The EZ Upgrader allows players to find the cheapest cash upgrade quickly and easily. It costs just 1 Angel Investors, and it doesn't offer any game-related advantages. It is a convenient tool to view upgrade options.
To activate the EZ Upgrader, the player must select "Interact" when playing the dice outside the restaurant during Preparation Mode. The EZ Upgrader then produces blueprints for either appliances or Ingredients. Appliances that have neon blue borders have a 0% probability of appearing in the shop or on rerolls, while staple appliances like the Danger Hob and Power Sink will not be made. Ingredients and Equipment which do not belong in the Staple Pool, or the non-droppable Pool, will not be manufactured either in the shop or reroll.
The upgraders for items allow you to change the stats for equipped weapons and armor beyond 385 ilvl. The gear can be upgraded to increase the power of your spells, physical strength or health. The maximum ilvl of these upgrades is set at 400, and the cost of upgrading them increases with each step on the ilvl track.
To maximize the number of upgrade options, players can prepare several Blueprint Cabinets or Copying Desks in a single day. This allows players to add more blueprints to the list that the item upgrader creates which will allow for bigger rerolls. However, preparing multiple cabinets and duplicates of the same blueprint could result in a delay in production.
Set Bonus
A set bonus is a second stat boost for a set of mods. The set bonus gains strength depending on the number set mods that are equipped, excluding duplicates. (For example when you have a Warframe includes both the primary and melee Mods with the Vigilante set's "Enhance critical hits" bonus it can only count for one). The set bonus cannot be enhanced by normal fusion.
Some sets have several options. The first set offers a basic bonus, and the others are depending on the number of items worn over the base. For example the Fables of the Feywild offers a set bonus at two outfitted items and a superior bonus when you wear more than that number.
Benthic gear can be purchased from Voidbinder Zorlan or Voidbinder Strzah in Mezzamere in exchange for Prismatic manapearls. After you have purchased a Benthic piece, it can be upgraded with these manapearls via an item upgrade r for increased levels of ilvl as well as additional stats. You can also reroll items that have identical stats by using the upgrader. The upgrader, unlike enchantments will not apply the same effect in a series of. The item that is used to apply the upgrade will be consumed permanently.
